The Role:

As a ‘Business Development & Account Manager’, you will be the primary point of contact for our estate agent clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value from our product. Your role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, and driving growth while actively looking to grow our new client base.

We are a dynamic business and so the role may evolve over time. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with estate agents, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand clients' business challenges and objectives, offering support tailored 
  • solutions to meet their needs.
  • Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth knowledge of our product and service to effectively demonstrate and advise clients on their benefits.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse client performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise their use of our solution.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product and tech teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is communicated and improvements made where necessary.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, client feedback, and sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: While previous experience within the house buying / estate agency sector would be beneficial it is not essential, enthusiasm and passion with a desire to learn and improve is equally appealing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for building rapport. Video webinar presentations will feature in this role.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical Skills: We love a self starter with problem solving skills, an out the box thinker.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient.
  • Travel: From time to time you may be required to travel within the UK.
