Great value for money - perfect for high level ideas and help you envision the end result (exactly what my other half needed to help visualise) we weren’t sure our aspirations were possible but now we know they are and have instructed an architect

The home design service from Peek Homes was excellent and I'd definitely recommend to anyone considering an extension but not entirely sure on the best approach. We loved the design we received and it gave us the confidence to move forward with extending our home!

I’ve been nothing but impressed with Peek Homes. From the friendly customer service at the start, timely communication throughout and then the delivery of a plan for my house which completely blew me away. The video presentation was an obvious highlight and was delivered by the designer himself and was amazing. Thanks for everything.

Trying to get husband to visualise the ideas I had for a potential house purchase was impossible prior to discovering Peek Home. I lacked the drawing ability and he couldn’t imagine what I was seeing in my mind. We also had no idea if what I was proposing was possible within a reasonable budget. Peek delivered everything I had hoped for and also came up with some clever ideas that made the spaces work better. I’ve spent ages pouring over the designs and then went back with a few changes as we were still in budget. I’m delighted with the design and have found the team to be really helpful and able to take my garbled ideas and turn them into something workable. After toying with many different ideas in my head of ways to carry out a side extension on my house, I started to seek somewhere that could show me visually how it might look. This is when I came across Peek Homes. Before the large costs of architectural drawings and ultimately the build itself, my wife and I wanted to see visuals of what might be without spending a fortune. This way we could make a decision on whether to go for it or not.

Thankfully after getting the initial input from Peek Homes and seeing what was achievable we decided to move forward with our project and are overwhelmed by the final result. The process was simple, efficient and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about having an extension.

The Peek Home process was really easy. We had some ideas about what we wanted, the designer took them on board, and made them better. It was really worthwhile, because the plans give you a 3D image of what your house can look like, plus costings and information regarding planning. Absolutely brilliant!

We used Peek Home as we had a large floor plan, but the current design was not making the most of the existing size or features of the house (garden). We didn't need an extension, but we did need a top down review of the entire house layout. We've worked together to end up with a design that maximises the view, the size and will suit how we want to live.
I'd recommend Peek Home to anyone struggling to see the true potential of their home, as they have ideas and experience to create a vision that is truly transformative.

was the designer for our project and she really listened to our requirements and ambitions and given us everything we asked for and more. By avoiding too many changes to external walls, she has managed to keep the cost down to something more affordable that we could actual see ourselves doing.

We would highly recommend anyone considering extending or changing the layout of their home to give them a try and get an idea of what is possible or to get a different perspective or ideas on what you could do.

I'd been mulling vague ideas over for extending my top-heavy house for quite some time and I just needed an expert's view to consider. I wasn't ready to commit so I didn't want to pay an architect fee at this stage. I had 2 very different ways I could use the downstairs space, so the House Design + Alternative Design package was perfect. The designs were great and the 3D plans and interactive model really helped me imagine how the house would look and feel. Although it's all online I felt connected as the customer service was excellent. I'd highly recommend to anyone at the early stages of a potential renovation, I love the fact I'm not committed to plans because I've paid 1,000s for them!
