What a brilliant concept this is. It has allowed us to get a ‘masterplan’ for our new house that we can work towards as we get the funds and necessary planning in place. In our last house we developed it in a piecemeal way and made some very expensive mistakes. Roland came up with a great, innovative design that we definitely intend to take further. We asked for a revision which Roland happily provided. This really helped us agree our priorities and exclude elements that we didn’t think we would use, or afford. We now know which bits of the internal space we can spend money on without wasting it, whilst we go through the planning process.If you’re even thinking about making changes I would say it’s money well spent. We will make use of some of the ‘add ons’ too. Overall a five star service.
