Great value for money - perfect for high level ideas and help you envision the end result (exactly what my other half needed to help visualise) we weren’t sure our aspirations were possible but now we know they are and have instructed an architect

First pass at concept designs was helpful, to illustrate some of the trade offs - e.g. having utility space compromising some living space, and offer of one revision is helpful to allow an adjustment. The whole process could have been significantly improved if there was the offer of a 10 min consultation. The revision made a really oddly positioned utility which wasn't suitable either - it might be there is a good structural or other reason for this in which case having been able to speak to someone they could have said that won't work but X or Y would then we could have tested ideas and saved work and time. The process if a little bit black box due to limited communication ability - there is one form, then one box post first design for a revision. For c£300 ok for a play around, but we have opted to work with a face to face architect for the detailed drawings which you need for builders to quote from and planning etc.

The home design service from Peek Homes was excellent and I'd definitely recommend to anyone considering an extension but not entirely sure on the best approach. We loved the design we received and it gave us the confidence to move forward with extending our home!

Trying to get husband to visualise the ideas I had for a potential house purchase was impossible prior to discovering Peek Home. I lacked the drawing ability and he couldn’t imagine what I was seeing in my mind. We also had no idea if what I was proposing was possible within a reasonable budget. We used Peek Home as we had a large floor plan, but the current design was not making the most of the existing size or features of the house (garden). We didn't need an extension, but we did need a top down review of the entire house layout. I'd been mulling vague ideas over for extending my top-heavy house for quite some time and I just needed an expert's view to consider. I wasn't ready to commit so I didn't want to pay an architect fee at this stage. I had 2 very different ways I could use the downstairs space, so the House Design + Alternative Design package was perfect. The designs were great and the 3D plans and interactive model really helped me imagine how the house would look and feel. Although it's all online I felt connected as the customer service was excellent. I'd highly recommend to anyone at the early stages of a potential renovation, I love the fact I'm not committed to plans because I've paid 1,000s for them!

We had architectural designs drawn up, however wanted to visualise what the overall house would look like in 3D, along with the ability to 'walk through' each room. We were planning a rear extension to our home but struggling to visualise the best way to approach it - the Peek Plan was a huge help.
The designer gave us some ideas that we hadn't considered and was responsive to our feedback (for example, we had some practical questions about relocating our kitchen which were quickly addressed).
The plan itself was clear and well-presented, with a video and interactive 3D model (in addition to the 2D drawings) making it easy to understand the look and feel of the new space.

So, we had quotes in the past for loft extensions that were £2000-£3000 and gave us a 2D plan that didn't really allow us to visualise what we would be living in.
