We used Peek Home as we had a large floor plan, but the current design was not making the most of the existing size or features of the house (garden). We didn't need an extension, but we did need a top down review of the entire house layout. We've worked together to end up with a design that maximises the view, the size and will suit how we want to live.

I'd been mulling vague ideas over for extending my top-heavy house for quite some time and I just needed an expert's view to consider. I wasn't ready to commit so I didn't want to pay an architect fee at this stage. I had 2 very different ways I could use the downstairs space, so the House Design + Alternative Design package was perfect. The designs were great and the 3D plans and interactive model really helped me imagine how the house would look and feel. Although it's all online I felt connected as the customer service was excellent. I'd highly recommend to anyone at the early stages of a potential renovation, I love the fact I'm not committed to plans because I've paid 1,000s for them!

We had architectural designs drawn up, however wanted to visualise what the overall house would look like in 3D, along with the ability to 'walk through' each room. Peek home took our architecture drawings and mocked up the designs within a few days and really brought the project to life. Great to work with, quick turnaround and very accurate.

The downstairs layout of the house I moved to recently doesn’t work for me and I was unsure what I could do to improve it. I’m so glad I approached Peek Homes. I’m delighted with the design, but requested an alternative, that’s nearer my planned budget. The 3D interactive video and designer’s walk through commentary, really brings the design to life. We were planning a rear extension to our home but struggling to visualise the best way to approach it - the Peek Plan was a huge help.
The designer gave us some ideas that we hadn't considered and was responsive to our feedback (for example, we had some practical questions about relocating our kitchen which were quickly addressed).
The plan itself was clear and well-presented, with a video and interactive 3D model (in addition to the 2D drawings) making it easy to understand the look and feel of the new space.

We plunged for the whole package, house design, exterior and garden this was whilst the house sale was going through. Peek Home helped us visualise what we could do with the dated property to make it include all our ambitions. It also made it a lot more straightforward when we sat down with our architect for him to do the plans, he even commented how good the drawings were. So, we had quotes in the past for loft extensions that were £2000-£3000 and gave us a 2D plan that didn't really allow us to visualise what we would be living in.

This on the other hand is exactly what were after: a glimpse into what life could look like in the house we were buying.

We really loved the new plan of the house, taking our ideas and developing them further to show how we can make a beautiful space. It felt really inspiring to show us the new design in the video and show the practical and properly thought through ideas. We were impressed by the suggestions and will in a few weeks come back for another internal layout suggestion and walk thru. We submitted the plans from our architect as the end result but should have submitted these as the original as the ideas from Peek were far better. Which is why we will return for more suggestions. We can't recommend the Peek Home process enough. For a very reasonable cost we have been able to visualise our ideas and this had made the inital meetings with out archtect a lot less complicated. We used the Sketch Design and feel that this has given us an outline of the bigger picture along with some good finer details the Peek Home designers suggested.
