Great little fast and frugal tool to get some concept ideas

First pass at concept designs was helpful, to illustrate some of the trade offs - e.g. having utility space compromising some living space, and offer of one revision is helpful to allow an adjustment. The whole process could have been significantly improved if there was the offer of a 10 min consultation. The revision made a really oddly positioned utility which wasn't suitable either - it might be there is a good structural or other reason for this in which case having been able to speak to someone they could have said that won't work but X or Y would then we could have tested ideas and saved work and time. The process if a little bit black box due to limited communication ability - there is one form, then one box post first design for a revision. For c£300 ok for a play around, but we have opted to work with a face to face architect for the detailed drawings which you need for builders to quote from and planning etc.

Exactly what we were looking for!

The home design service from Peek Homes was excellent and I'd definitely recommend to anyone considering an extension but not entirely sure on the best approach. We loved the design we received and it gave us the confidence to move forward with extending our home!
