I'd been mulling vague ideas over for extending my top-heavy house for quite some time and I just needed an expert's view to consider. I wasn't ready to commit so I didn't want to pay an architect fee at this stage. I had 2 very different ways I could use the downstairs space, so the House Design + Alternative Design package was perfect. The designs were great and the 3D plans and interactive model really helped me imagine how the house would look and feel. Although it's all online I felt connected as the customer service was excellent. I'd highly recommend to anyone at the early stages of a potential renovation, I love the fact I'm not committed to plans because I've paid 1,000s for them!

Hi: Overall I thought the extension that I asked for could have been better. I didn't really want to knock down the existing conservatory, and thought better to extend out from the kitchen, which wasn't a thought or consideration. Saying that, the plan gave me a different idea where to place the downstairs shower room. But overall, I don't think it was good value for money.
