Every house design includes sketch plans and a 3D walkthrough video, cost estimates and planning advice according to your budget and ambitions - all at a fraction of the cost of an architect.

The Preedy family wanted to explore how they could make the best use of the living space in their bungalow, including creating a kitchen space where they could still prepare the food being shut off from the rest of the family and guests, as well as replacing their rarely used conservatory with an extension or garden room. They also had ambitions to create extra bedrooms by looking at the potential of a loft conversion.
